Application

Dosage: 1 heaped teaspoon per 250 ml of boiling water. Steeping time: 5–8 minutes. Steep for at least 5 minutes.

Pour 250ml of boiling water over a heaped teaspoon and let the herbs steep for 5-8 minutes. We recommend starting with 1-2 cups per day and gradually increasing over a period of 4 weeks. You can also incorporate the Green & Clean tea into your daily routine as desired and needed.
